Klik Party ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Klik Party mobile application and website at klikparty.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your phone number, party planning preferences, guest counts, budgets, and event details. When you use voice planning features, audio is processed to generate text for your party plan.
Microphone
The Klik Party app requests microphone access only when you choose to describe your party by voice. Audio is sent to our servers for transcription and is used solely to help build your party plan.
Purchases
In-app purchases (KlikParty Pro subscription and Event Pass) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We verify purchase receipts on our servers to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
How we use information
- Provide party planning and host tools
- Match you with rentals, experiences, and planners where available
- Improve our services and customer support
- Send service-related messages you request (such as download links)
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, transcription, analytics, and payment status). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of account-related data where applicable.
Children
Klik Party is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
