These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klik Party mobile application and website at klikparty.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Klik Party ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Klik Party helps you plan parties with AI-assisted recommendations, checklists, host tools, and optional connections to rental vendors and event professionals where available. We do not guarantee availability of rentals, vendors, or specific outcomes for your event.

Accounts & eligibility

You may need to verify a phone number to save plans and use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some features require payment through Apple In-App Purchase:

• KlikParty Pro — an auto-renewing monthly subscription (currently $29/month) that provides unlimited party planning and Host Tools across parties.
• Event Pass — a one-time purchase (currently $9.99) that unlocks Host Tools for a single party.

Prices may change; Apple will display the current price before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We verify purchases on our servers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Contact us at [email protected] for account or access issues and we will help where we can.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape it, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. AI-generated suggestions are for planning assistance only — you are responsible for your event decisions, guest safety, and compliance with local laws and venue rules.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third parties (rental vendors, planners, Apple, OpenAI, hosting providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those interactions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLIK PARTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
